How do I sign up?

Please register. Upon the user signing up a email will be sent with an activation code which must be opened in a web browser to enable the account. This is processes instantly.

Where does it work?

There is no guarantee that the service will work out side of the verified countires.

We have had repots on the following:

Working in: UK, (had some reports in Denmark)

Not Working in: USA/Canada, Netherlands,

Please contact us if you are outside the verified countries and we will give you a few free credits to test it out. As we can't give refunds if they do not send correctly.

No more free credits?

No, this was an offer only available in March and April. We may bring it back.

Can I press refresh?

Yes if you want to send the message again. Please do not press refresh, or click back then forward after sending a message if you do not want to send it again. We can not give refunds if you have sent the wrong message.

Information Held

Our system holds records of requests to our services by ip address and browser information along with timestamps. This is only to be used as an audit trail to comply with goverment standards.
We store passwords in our system using SHA encryption so no one is able to read your password. This is the reason behind the password reset method.

Forgot Password

If you have forgot your password you can reset it by clicking the link at the bottom of the login screen. This will send a password request email and when verified the user can specify a new password. We do not automaticly reset the users password for security reasons.

I have not yet received my SMS

Please wait for 3 days before contacting us as our validation script runs every 12 hours to check for non-received text messages. All non-received text messages will be refunded.

Purchasing SMS credits

We accept payments through paypal for SMS credits. Payment is verified in real time and validation on your account is carried out. Once paid your account is credited with the sms balance straight away.
